Network Operations Center

stc.jpgThe Network Operations Center (NOC) is our state-of-the-art system control and routing center for audio, compressed video, and data transmissions. Because many of your most important broadcasts take place at night, weekends, or even on a holiday, our technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with any troubleshooting requirements you may have.

Staffed by experienced, highly qualified technicians, the NOC manages every aspect of activity on NPR Satellite Services' transponders and system uplinks. The NOC also assists customers with initial access to the satellite channels and verifies power levels.

Because we are broadcasters as well as network operators, we understand that audio integrity and reliability are the cornerstones of your investment in satellite transmission. Perhaps that explains why so many of our customers mention that the NOC is one of the key features that truly sets NPR Satellite Services apart from other satellite vendors.
